Search for available properties! Our preference is for properties located in Florida, but we operate in all 50 states.

Properties situated in other major cities will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. What types of properties are we seeking?

 We will assess each lead within 24-72 hours and notify you via email if the lead doesn't qualify. The following leads do not qualify: properties sold within the previous six (6) months, incomplete referral lead forms, leads listed on Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, internet search properties, or properties already under contract with an investor.

If we determine that your lead qualifies, we will contact the property owner. If the property owner expresses interest in selling, we will arrange a property visit to examine its condition and present them with a no-obligation cash offer for their property in its current state. Once the sale is complete, you will receive the remaining referral fee. The title company will issue a check during closing, transfer the funds to your bank account via wire transfer, or mail you a check.
